Quinol 10
Quinol10® is a food supplement that can help you enjoy healthy energy and good heart function. Quinol10® contains Kaneka's Ubiquinol, fortified with vitamins B1 and B3 that contribute to normal energy metabolism, and zinc that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, as well as to normal fertility and reproduction. In addition, vitamin B1 contributes to normal heart function and vitamin B3 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Soybean oil, capsule (fish gelatin); ubiquinol; stabilizer: glycerol monostearate; zinc citrate; nicotinamide; antioxidant: rosemary extract; thiamine mononitrate.
Normally I recommend 1 capsule of 100 mg per day, preferably with meals.
