Each capsule contains:
- 180 mg Vitamin C
- 19,5 mg of Vitamin E

- 55 mcg Selenium
- 500 mcg of Copper

Each pearl contains:

The recommended daily amount is 1 capsule and one pearl per day. Taking it is recommended as follows: take one capsule at the beginning of the meal and the pearl during or at the end of the meal.
